TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Pricing Explained. Pricing is $60 for the first item and 50% off, or $30 for each additional item. For example, a full-sized sleeper sofa or a huge drop freezer would be $60. A mattress and box spring would be $90 ($60 for the mattress + $30 for the box spring). A sectional sofa with a couch section, a loveseat section, and footrest would be $120 ($60 + $30 + $30).
• Limited availability. The number of discounted Curbside Special slots will depend on the selected zip code and current availability of trucks and personnel. Availability will be reflected during the booking process. Availability is not guaranteed and is at the complete discretion of TurboHaul.
• On-line only. The Curbside Special must be booked on-line.
• Pre-pay. The Curbside Special is pre-pay. You must pay in full with credit card at the time of booking to reserve a slot.
• No cancellation or refund. If you change your mind after booking, or your item(s) disappears some other way, you may choose another item for us to haul, or allow a neighbor or friend to use your purchased slot. After a booking, TurboHaul will show up on the scheduled day, at the scheduled address, to haul the quantity of items paid for from the curb.
• Regular household Items ONLY. Your Curbside Special item(s) must be typical household furniture, mattresses, appliances, and/or junk.
• No food. Refrigerators and freezers must be free of food.
• No household hazardous waste. No paints, chemicals, or liquids of any kind.
• Curbside ONLY. Items must be curbside or at the end of the driveway. Place items where our trucks will have no problem easily accessing them. Please ensure your items are not blocked by anything to ensure the safety of our heroes and your property. If items are not curbside or blocked upon arrival, they will not be picked up and your service will be considered performed.
• No time windows. We will complete the pick-up sometime between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. on the scheduled day. Items must be at the curb no later than 7 a.m. the day of your scheduled pick-up. If items are not immediately present upon arrival, the truck will continue with its route and your service will be considered performed.
